Circuit board assembly

The invention provides a circuit board assembly, which comprises a first circuit board and a connector, the first circuit board comprises a signal transmission bonding pad, the connector comprises an insulating shell and a conductive terminal arranged in the insulating shell, the conductive terminal is provided with a first pin and a second pin which are led out from the insulating shell, the connector comprises a first part and a second part, and the first part and the second part are arranged on the first part. The orthographic projection of the first part on the first circuit board is overlapped with the first circuit board, the orthographic projection of the second part on the first circuit board is not overlapped with the first circuit board, the first pin is led out from the first part, the first pin is electrically connected with the signal transmission bonding pad to enable signals to be conducted, and a positioning column is arranged on one side, close to the first circuit board, of the connector. The positioning column is arranged on the first part or the second part; when the positioning column is arranged on the first part, a positioning hole is formed in the position, opposite to the positioning column, of the first circuit board. Wherein the connector is provided with a positioning column, so that the problem that the connector is easy to shift or fall off after being electrically connected with the circuit board can be solved.
