The second output unit is configured to output a driving signal under the control of the starting signal, and the driving signal is configured to drive the pixel circuit. The cascade signal generated by the first output unit and the driving signal provided by the second output unit can be separated signals to adapt to a combined circuit of an Oxide pixel circuit and an LTPS GOA circuit, so that the driving circuit can adapt to the Oxide pixel circuit and the LTPS GOA circuit, the advantages of the combined Oxide pixel circuit and the LTPS GOA circuit are fully played, and the performance of the display panel is improved.
