The invention discloses a CT data compression method and device, equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: determining a boundary value of data division according to a statistical histogram of CT data, the statistical histogram being used for representing the value size and the number of values of the CT data; dividing data of which the numerical value is greater than the boundary numerical value in the CT data into to-be-compressed data; determining an incremental function according to the boundary numerical value and a target length, wherein the incremental function is used for representing a mapping relationship between the numerical value of the to-be-compressed data and the numerical value of the compressed data; and compressing the to-be-compressed data to the target length by using the incremental function. According to the technical scheme, the data with the large numerical value in the CT data are compressed to the target length through the incremental function, the data are independently compressed, correlation is not generated, compression and transmission of the next frame of data are not affected even if the previous frame of data is transmitted unsuccessfully, and then the stability of a data link can be improved.
