The invention relates to the technical field of display, and provides a display panel and a display device.The display panel comprises a plurality of repetitive units distributed in an array mode, and each repetitive unit comprises two pixel driving circuits arranged in a mirror symmetry mode in the first direction; the pixel driving circuit comprises a driving transistor and a capacitor, a first electrode of the capacitor is connected with a grid of the driving transistor, and a second electrode is connected with a power line; the display panel further comprises a substrate base plate, a second conductive layer, a fourth conductive layer and a fifth conductive layer which are sequentially arranged in a stacked mode. The second conductive layer comprises a second conductive part forming a second electrode of a capacitor. The fourth conductive layer comprises a first bridging part; the fifth conductive layer comprises a power line; the first bridging part is respectively connected with a partial structure of the second conductive layer and a partial structure of the fifth conductive layer through via holes; in the two adjacent repetitive units in the first direction, the two adjacent pixel driving circuits share the same first bridging part. The display panel has a relatively high integration level.
