The hydrophilic layer is arranged on the side, away from the substrate, of the packaging layer, and in the process of forming the light conversion structure through the ink-jet printing technology, the solution mixed with the particles is the hydrophilic solution. The material of the hydrophilic layer contains oxygen elements, so that the ductility of the solution mixed with the particles on the surface of the hydrophilic layer is better in the process of forming the light conversion structure by adopting the ink-jet printing process, and the solution mixed with the particles can be fully spread on the surface of the hydrophilic layer; therefore, the distribution thickness of the solution mixed with the particles on the hydrophilic layer is relatively uniform, and the thickness of the light conversion structure formed by subsequent curing is also relatively uniform. Therefore, the display effect of the display panel can be effectively improved.
