The invention provides a refrigerating system and a refrigerator. The refrigeration system comprises a semiconductor refrigeration device, a radiator, a refrigeration circulation loop and a switch assembly, wherein the radiator is in heat conduction connection with the semiconductor refrigeration device; the refrigeration circulation loop comprises a first refrigerant loop and a second refrigerant loop, and the radiator is arranged in the second refrigerant loop; the switch assembly is arranged in the first refrigerant loop and the second refrigerant loop and used for conducting the first refrigerant loop when the semiconductor refrigeration device conducts heating and conducting the second refrigerant loop when the semiconductor refrigeration device conducts refrigeration. According to the refrigerating system, the refrigerating capacity can be improved.
