The invention provides a display panel and a display device. The display panel comprises a first substrate, a second substrate, an electronic paper film and an antenna structure used for receiving and transmitting signals. The second substrate and the first substrate are oppositely arranged, and the electronic paper film is located between the first substrate and the second substrate; wherein the display panel comprises a display area and a frame area surrounding the display area, and the display panel comprises a plurality of pixels located in the display area; and the antenna structure is located on at least one of the first substrate, the second substrate and the electronic paper film.
