The invention discloses a display panel and a display device. The display panel comprises a substrate, a pixel defining layer, a light emitting unit and a protruding structure. Wherein the pixel defining layer comprises a plurality of openings, each opening corresponds to at least two light-emitting units with the same color, and the light-emitting layers of the light-emitting units corresponding to the same opening can be formed at the same time. Each opening is internally provided with a protruding structure, the protruding structures are arranged in a staggered mode, and the areas where the light-emitting layers of the at least two light-emitting units corresponding to the openings are located are communicated through the protruding structures. Therefore, ink for manufacturing the light-emitting layer can flow in the opening, and the protruding structure can slow down the flowing speed of the ink so as to avoid the phenomenon of ink gathering in the drying process. The designated area is the area between the adjacent light-emitting units in the opening, so that the situation that the protruding structures occupy the light-emitting areas of the light-emitting units to reduce the light-emitting area can be avoided, and the light-emitting performance can be improved.
