The display panel comprises a through hole, an isolation area surrounding the through hole and a display area surrounding the isolation area. The display panel is provided with a display substrate, a black matrix layer and an organic enhancement structure which are sequentially arranged in a stacked mode. The black matrix layer extends from the display area to the edge of the through hole; the organic enhancement structure is arranged in the isolation area so as to improve the strength of the display panel close to the through hole. The display panel and the display device applying the display panel have good display quality.
