The blocking dam is arranged on the driving back plate and located in the transition area, and the blocking dam at least surrounds partial area of the light hole; the first isolation assembly is arranged on the driving backboard and located in the transition area, and the first isolation assembly and the blocking dam are distributed at intervals in the radial direction of the light hole. The first isolation assembly comprises a first isolation column at least surrounding a partial area of the light hole, and the side wall of the first isolation column is provided with a cut-off groove at least surrounding the partial area of the light hole. The light-emitting device is arranged on one side of the driving backboard; the photoelectric sensing device is arranged between the blocking dam and the first isolation assembly; the packaging layer covers the light-emitting device, the blocking dam and the first isolation assembly and comprises an organic layer limited on the side, away from the light hole, of the blocking dam.
