Equipment management system and equipment management method based on sensing device

The invention discloses an equipment management system and method based on a sensing device. The equipment management system comprises a PLC, a safety PLC, the sensing device and an execution module. The safety PLC is in communication connection with the PLC; the sensing device is in communication connection with the PLC and is used for sending a risk signal to the PLC when detecting that the preset area has a safety risk; the PLC and/or the safety PLC are/is used for being in communication connection with an execution module of the equipment, and the execution module executes a corresponding control instruction according to a first control signal sent by the PLC or a second control signal sent by the safety PLC so as to adjust the working state of the execution module. According to the invention, the use of input and output ports of the safety PLC is reduced, and the cost of the system is reduced; the communication delay from the safety PLC to the PLC is reduced, and quick response to a safety event is facilitated.
