The method comprises the following steps: sending a right confirmation guidance request to a cloud server, and receiving corresponding right confirmation guidance information returned by the cloud server according to a simulation equipment identifier carried in the request; sending an equipment right confirmation command to the simulation equipment based on the right confirmation guidance information; and a right confirmation success state synchronized by the cloud server is obtained and synchronized, the right confirmation success state is determined according to right confirmation success information, the right confirmation success information corresponds to the right confirmation guidance information, and the simulation equipment successfully confirms the right according to the equipment right confirmation command and then sends the right confirmation success state to the cloud server. According to the application, the right confirmation process can be directly completed through the simulation equipment when no real equipment exists, and the whole link closed loop from network distribution to right confirmation of the equipment is realized.
