The invention provides heat-conducting silicone grease as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The heat-conducting silicone grease comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-60 parts of a zero-dimensional heat-conducting filler, 20-60 parts of a two-dimensional heat-conducting filler, 0.1-10 parts of a low-melting-point metal, 10-40 parts of silicone oil and 0.1-1 part of an auxiliary agent, wherein low-melting-point metal is combined on partial surfaces of the zero-dimensional heat-conducting filler and the two-dimensional heat-conducting filler. The heat-conducting silicone grease is low in viscosity, high in heat conductivity coefficient and good in electrical insulating property, and has a good application prospect.
