The measuring devices are arranged on a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe of at least one of the evaporator and the condenser respectively. The measuring device comprises a pressure sensing assembly and a temperature sensing assembly, the pressure sensing assembly is used for detecting pressure data of the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe, and the temperature sensing assembly is used for detecting temperature data of the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe; the calculation module is electrically connected with the pressure sensing assembly and the temperature sensor assembly. According to the heating and ventilation equipment, the refrigerating capacity of the evaporator or the heating capacity of the condenser can be calculated, data needing to be measured are few, transmission and superposition of measurement errors of different data are reduced, and the measurement accuracy of the refrigerating capacity or the heating capacity is improved.
