The method comprises the steps that when an escape control instruction is received, an active suspension of the vehicle is controlled according to a first control parameter; when the vehicle does not get out of the trap, the active suspension is controlled according to a second control parameter until the vehicle gets out of the trap, and the second control parameter comprises a second amplitude obtained after the last amplitude is increased and/or a second frequency obtained after the last frequency is increased. The active suspension of the vehicle is controlled according to the amplitude and the frequency so that the active suspension can stretch out and draw back, the traction force required when the vehicle is trapped and the tires break away from the obstacle road surface can be reduced so as to assist the vehicle in getting out of the trapped state, meanwhile, in the getting-out process, the amplitude or the frequency in the control parameters can be increased in a self-adaptive mode, and the control accuracy is improved. Therefore, when the vehicle is trapped on different road surfaces, the optimal control parameters can be adaptively selected to control the active suspension, and the escape requirements of the vehicle in different trapped scenes are met.
