The rectifier comprises a switching circuit, a control circuit, a first switching element, a first impedance, a capacitor, a first signal input end, a second signal input end and a signal output end; the switch circuit is coupled with the control circuit, the first signal input end, the second signal input end and the signal output end, and the control circuit converts radio frequency signals received by the first signal input end and the second signal input end into direct current signals by controlling the switch-on and switch-off of the switch circuit; the first impedance and the first switching element are coupled in series between the signal output end and the grounding end; one end of the capacitor is coupled with the signal output end, and the other end is coupled with the grounding end; the rectifier is coupled with the power management unit, and the power management unit is coupled with the demodulator.
