The invention relates to a vehicle air suspension system and a vehicle, the vehicle air suspension system comprises an acoustic bag, an air suspension compressor and an air conveying device, and the air suspension compressor is arranged in the acoustic bag; the air inlet end of the air conveying device communicates with the outside atmosphere and/or the vehicle air conditioner air duct, and the air outlet end of the air conveying device communicates with the interior of the acoustic bag, so that air entering the acoustic bag from the outside atmosphere and/or the vehicle air conditioner air duct can cool the air suspension compressor. According to the technical scheme, the air conveying device communicated with the outside atmosphere and/or the vehicle air conditioner air duct can convey air into the acoustic bag, so that the purpose of cooling the air suspension compressor is achieved, the air suspension compressor is kept within a proper temperature range, and the service life of the air suspension compressor is prolonged. The compression performance and the service life of the air suspension compressor are improved.
