The hot air assembly comprises a fan cover, a combustor and a fan, the fan cover is provided with an air inlet hole and an air outlet hole, the fan cover is used for forming a heating cavity with an inner wall plate of a cooking cavity of the cooking utensil, the combustor is arranged in the heating cavity, the fan comprises an impeller, the impeller is arranged in the heating cavity in a rotatable mode, and the fan is arranged in the heating cavity. The combustor is arranged on the radial outer side of the impeller, a first air suction structure and a second air suction structure are arranged on the two opposite sides of the impeller, and the first air suction structure is used for sucking air in the cooking cavity into the heating cavity through the air inlet hole and blowing air in the heating cavity into the cooking cavity through the air outlet hole. The second air suction structure is used for sucking fresh air to the position of the combustor. In the rotating process of the impeller, the second air suction structure sucks outside air into the position of the combustor, so that air is supplemented for the combustion process of the combustor, the combustion efficiency of the combustor is improved, and the use cost of a user is reduced.
