Combustion assembly and cooking utensil

The combustion assembly comprises a combustor and a radiant panel, the combustor is used for being arranged in a cooking cavity of the cooking utensil, the radiant panel is used for being arranged in the cooking cavity and located above the combustor, and at least part of the edge of the radiant panel is bent in the direction away from the combustor. The side face, facing the combustor, of the radiant panel guides flames generated by the combustor and radiates heat into the cooking cavity. In the cooking cavity, the combustor is located below the radiant panel, flames flow along the side face, facing the combustor, of the radiant panel, and at least part of the edge of the radiant panel is bent in the direction away from the combustor, so that compared with an existing plane structure, the side face, facing the combustor, of the radiant panel has the advantages that when heat is radiated, the side face of the radiant panel is not prone to falling off; according to the technical scheme, the deflection angle is larger, so that the range of heat radiation can be enlarged, the heating area in the cooking cavity is enlarged, the cooking quality of food is improved, and the use experience of a user is improved.
