Optical modulator, optical transmitting assembly and optical transceiver module

The invention provides an optical modulator. The optical modulator comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, a Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI) and N first equalizers, the first electrode and the second electrode are arranged in parallel along the first direction. At least one modulation arm of the MZI is located between the first electrode and the second electrode. N first equalizers are connected between the first electrode and the second electrode. Each first equalizer comprises a capacitor and an inductor which are connected in series, and N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 3. The N first equalizers are connected in parallel to the traveling wave electrode in a periodic mode, so that the optical modulator disclosed by the invention can well adjust the electro-optical response, thereby equalizing the low-frequency and high-frequency electro-optical responses of the optical modulator, increasing the modulation bandwidth of the optical modulator and improving the signal quality.
