Wherein the judgment association threshold value is set according to the fault probability distribution information corresponding to each controller module, and the fault probability distribution information can accurately reflect the normal fault probability distribution of each controller module, so that a reasonable judgment association threshold value can be set for each controller module; and the target controller module is prevented from being misreported and misreported, so that the target controller module to be processed is accurately identified and analyzed.
