The invention relates to a head-mounted intelligent device which comprises a shell and a sound production unit, the shell is provided with a containing cavity, the sound production unit is installed in the shell and divides the containing cavity into a first cavity and a second cavity, and the first cavity is located on the side, close to human ears, of the sound production unit in the sound wave propagation direction of the sound production unit; the shell is further provided with a first hole channel and a second hole channel, the first cavity communicates with the outside through the first hole channel, and the second cavity communicates with the outside through the second hole channel. The shell is provided with a switch, and the switch can cut off or conduct connection between the second hole channel and the second cavity. According to the invention, the connection between the second hole channel and the second cavity is blocked or conducted through the on or off of the control switch, so that the switching of the head-mounted intelligent device between a sound leakage prevention mode and a high-sound-quality mode is realized, the head-mounted intelligent device can be suitable for different scenes, and the application range and the working performance of the head-mounted intelligent device are improved.
