Optical fiber detection system and method

The invention provides an optical fiber detection system and method which can be applied to a vital sign detection scene, especially a dynamic vital sign detection scene. The system comprises a sensing light path, a conversion module and a processing module, the sensing light path is used for receiving light signals, a first vibration signal generated by breathing and heartbeat of a user and a second vibration signal existing in a detection environment, the light signals are divided into a first light signal, a second light signal and a reference light signal, and generating a third optical signal according to the first optical signal, the first vibration signal and the reference optical signal, and generating a fourth optical signal according to the second optical signal, the second vibration signal and the reference optical signal. And the conversion module and the processing module generate a vital sign signal of the user according to the third optical signal and the fourth optical signal. According to the system disclosed by the invention, the two paths of signals share one reference signal, so that the environmental noise in the detection process can be eliminated, and the signal acquisition quality is effectively improved.
