The vacuum heat preservation plate comprises a plate body, a core material and a film material. Wherein the plate is a side plate in the refrigeration equipment, the membrane material is arranged on one side of the plate, a connecting area is arranged in the circumferential direction of the membrane material, the connecting area is arranged close to the edge of the membrane material, the connecting area is connected with the plate to form a containing space, and the containing space contains the core material and is set to be vacuum. In the prior art, a core material is completely wrapped by a film material, the film material is connected with a structural part of the refrigeration equipment in a composite gum mode, in the vacuum heat preservation plate, the core material is arranged in the containing space defined by the plate and the film material, the containing space is in the vacuum state, and therefore the vacuum heat preservation plate is formed; the vacuum insulation board is connected with refrigeration equipment through mechanical connection of the board body. Compared with the prior art, by arranging the plate, the use amount of the membrane material and the use amount of the gum can be reduced.
