In the scheme, the intelligent device can determine a first constraint of avoidance control according to first information of a target object in the surrounding environment of the intelligent device, and the first constraint is used for indicating the intelligent device to avoid a first passing area of the target object; and according to the second information of the target object, a second constraint of avoidance control is determined, and the second constraint is used for indicating a second passing area where the intelligent device is far away from the target object in the first passing area. Therefore, through the first constraint and the second constraint, the intelligent equipment can enable the vehicle to be far away from the target object as far as possible while avoiding safety is met.
