The embodiment of the invention relates to a phased array device, a method for wireless communication and a wireless communication device. The phased array device comprises a first signal branching combiner used for dividing a to-be-transmitted signal into multiple paths of to-be-transmitted signals; the first front-end transceiving module comprises a first phase shifter and a transmitting path, the first phase shifter receives a first path of to-be-transmitted signals in the multiple paths of to-be-transmitted signals and applies a first phase shift to obtain a first path of transmitting signals, and the transmitting path transmits the first path of transmitting signals through a first antenna with a first polarization direction; the second front-end transceiving module comprises a second phase shifter and a receiving path, the receiving path acquires the first path of transmitting signal from the transmitting path, and the second phase shifter applies a second phase shift opposite to the first phase shift to the first path of transmitting signal to obtain a first path of loopback signal; and a second signal splitter/combiner used for obtaining a composite signal based on the at least first loop-back signal. In this way, the air interface composite signal can be recovered with high accuracy and low cost.
