The method comprises the following steps: sending motion information of terminal equipment and sending time information of a first antenna in a first virtual antenna array to network equipment; receiving first configuration information from the network equipment, wherein the first configuration information is used for configuring a first reference signal corresponding to the motion information and the sending time information; sending a first reference signal to the network device according to the first configuration information; receiving a first multipath angle from the network device; the first multi-path angle is used for indicating the multi-path angle of the first reference signal reaching the network equipment. Wherein the first antenna is any antenna in the first virtual antenna array. By adopting the embodiment of the invention, the accuracy of multipath angle estimation can be improved, so that the communication quality is improved.
