The embodiment of the invention provides a hearing loss simulation system, an earphone and a server. The hearing loss simulation system comprises an earphone and a terminal device, the earphone is worn by a first user, and the terminal device is used for receiving information input operation and obtaining user information, input corresponding to the information input operation, of a second user; receiving a listening test operation, and sending listening test data to the earphone in response to the listening test operation; wherein the audition data comprises user information or hearing loss feature information, and the hearing loss feature information is determined based on the user information; the earphone is used for acquiring first audio data; performing hearing loss simulation on the first audio data based on the hearing loss feature information to obtain second audio data; and playing the second audio data. Thus, the first user can use the hearing loss simulation system to experience the audio effect heard by the second user.
