The invention provides a cup holder device and a vehicle. The cup holder device comprises a cup barrel, an outer cover and a trigger component. In the vertical direction, the outer cover is movably arranged in the cup barrel between a first position and a second position, and the outer cover located at the second position is suitable for bearing objects. The triggering component is arranged at the bottom of the cup barrel and is configured to be triggered by the outer cover located at the second position. According to the cup stand device, the outer cover does not affect arrangement of the lamplight assembly and the triggering structure of the lamplight assembly, the outer cover triggers the lamplight assembly, the triggering arrangement of the lamplight assembly is simplified, the structure of the cup stand device is more compact, and therefore the application range of the cup stand device is larger.
