The invention provides a radar device, a signal processing method and a terminal. The radar device comprises a transmitting module, M transmitting antennas, N receiving antennas and a receiving module, M is a positive integer not less than 2, and N is a positive integer. The transmitting module is used for generating M paths of transmitting signals which are delayed in sequence. The M transmitting antennas are respectively used for transmitting a corresponding path of transmitting signals. And each receiving antenna is used for receiving echo signals of M paths of transmitting signals. The receiving module is used for generating a corresponding path of digital signal according to the M paths of echo signals received by each receiving antenna so as to obtain N paths of digital signals. The processing module is used for obtaining M target distances according to the N paths of digital signals, and the ranges of the M target distances are not overlapped. According to the radar device, the signal processing method and the terminal, M paths of signals can be distinguished in the distance dimension, so that signal multiplexing in the distance dimension is realized.
