The method comprises the following steps: configuring a control authority between the vehicle-mounted equipment and the mobile terminal; a control corresponding relation between the control function of the vehicle-mounted equipment and the action information of the mobile terminal is established in a user-defined mode; receiving real-time action information of the mobile terminal; judging whether the real-time action information is matched with the action information in the control corresponding relation or not; when the real-time action information is matched with the action information of the control operation in the control corresponding relation, a control instruction is generated; and responding to the control instruction to control the vehicle-mounted equipment to execute the control function. Therefore, self-definition of the control operation for controlling the control function of the vehicle-mounted equipment through the mobile terminal is realized, and the personalized control requirement of a user is met.
