Through the scheme, the network equipment can adaptively adjust the symbol number of the PDCCH subjected to blind detection of the terminal equipment, so that the number of candidate PDCCHs subjected to PDCCH blind detection by the terminal equipment in the time unit is increased, and the flexibility of scheduling the PDCCH by the network equipment is improved.
