The present invention is a toilet system including: a toilet seat having a seat surface on which a user is to sit; a sensor configured to measure a physical quantity which reflects blood flow information of the user; a health index evaluation part configured to evaluate a health index of the user based on a measurement result of the sensor; and a health index output part configured to output the health index of the user which has been evaluated by the health index evaluation part; wherein the health index evaluation part is configured to evaluate the health index of the user based on the measurement result of the sensor for one or more time periods during which a predetermined stable fluctuation determination condition is satisfied.
