An enclosure adapted for a hydrogen and oxygen generating apparatus arranged in a movable has an interior and an interior surface and an exterior surface whereby the hydrogen and oxygen generating apparatus comprises at least one electrolyser stack adapted for electrolysing water to hydrogen product gas and oxygen product gas and accompanying gas and electrolyte handling equipment.
