A device may include a display, a memory, and a processor. Instructions stored in the memory may be configured to, when executed by the processor, cause an electronic device to: detect, on an execution screen of an application displayed on the display, a user input to interrupt display of the execution screen of the application; display information associated with the application on the display in response to the user input; and display a color corresponding to the application at a location in which the information associated with the application is displayed and on a handle-type user interface (UT).
