A display device includes a plurality of pixels, a driver circuit for controlling the plurality of pixels, a plurality of first protection circuits connected in parallel to each other, a first terminal electrically connected to the driver circuit through the plurality of first pixel circuits, first and second power-source lines respectively supplied with a high potential and a low potential, and a first control-signal wiring.
