An antenna system is configured for use with an electronic device having a housing. The antenna system includes a first antenna element configured to be disposed at a first location adjacent to a side of the housing and a second antenna element configured to be disposed at a second location adjacent to the side of the housing. The first antenna element includes a first body extending between a first lower end and a first upper end.
