A display panel, a driving method thereof, and a display device. The driving method comprises: acquiring initial image data (step S1); and starting a uniformity adjustment method, wherein the uniformity adjustment method comprises: turning off at least a part of non-zero gray scale sub-pixel units in the display panel according to the initial image data (step S2). The display panel driving method can improve the display uniformity of the display panel.
