Provided herein are compounds comprising a formula of 4-(3-amino-1-(isoquinolin-6-ylamino)-1-oxopropan-2-yl)benzyl adamantane carboxylate (e.g., compounds of formula (I) or formula (II)) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
