The present disclosure provides a foam including a condensation type polyurethane resin. The condensation type polyurethane resin includes a plurality of carbamate segments, a plurality of urea group-containing unit segments, and a terminal group bonded to one of the carbamate segments or one of the urea group-containing unit segments. The terminal group has a terminal amine group. A number of hydrogen atoms bonded to nitrogen in a plurality of of the urea group-containing unit segments is defined as A, a number of hydrogen atoms bonded to nitrogen in of the carbamate segments and the urea group-containing unit segments is defined as A, and A/(A+A) is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 0.4.
