In one embodiment, a method includes authorizing certificate authorities from multiple entities associated with a first root authority entity associated with a blockchain cybersecurity platform by the first root authority entity. The certificate authorities are configured to audit smart contracts before each smart contract is deployed on a blockchain network. Each certificate authority is authorized to issue a certificate for a deployed smart contract determined to match the audited smart contract for each audited smart contract. The method further includes determining for at least a first authorized certificate authority by the first root authority entity, that each of a plurality of certificate authority authorization parameters associated with the first authorized certificate authority is satisfied.
