This application provides a handover method and an apparatus. The handover method is applied to a mobile terminal. The mobile terminal supports a synchronous dual band dual concurrent capability, and the mobile terminal has a first Wi-Fi path and a second Wi-Fi path. The handover method includes: The mobile terminal accesses a target AP through the first Wi-Fi path, and performs a Wi-Fi service through the first Wi-Fi path.
