The method comprises the following steps: in response to a first instruction triggered by a user, determining that a media interface state parameter pre-configured in first electronic equipment is incompatible with an actual media interface state parameter when the first electronic equipment plays multimedia; wherein the first instruction is used for indicating the media interface compatible device to enter a diagnosis processing mode; the multimedia is transmitted to the first electronic equipment by the second electronic equipment; debugging a media interface state parameter used by the second electronic equipment for transmitting the multimedia, indicating the second electronic equipment to transmit the multimedia according to the debugged media interface state parameter, and stopping debugging the media interface state parameter of the second electronic equipment until a second instruction triggered by the user is received; wherein the second instruction is used for indicating that the media interface compatible device is successfully debugged.
