Export patent documents in submission-ready formats

Supported Formats

CNIPA.AI supports exporting patent documents in the following formats: • Word (.docx): Recommended format, can be directly used for patent application submission • PDF: Suitable for preview and archiving Exported documents contain complete five-document content: Abstract, Abstract Drawing, Claims, Specification, Specification Drawings.

CNIPA Format Standards

Exported Word documents strictly follow CNIPA format requirements: • Page setup: A4 paper, specified margins • Font standards: SimSun/FangSong, specified font sizes • Paragraph format: Specified line spacing and indentation • Numbering rules: Standard numbering for claims and drawings

Export Options

When exporting, you can choose: • Include or exclude specific documents (e.g., export claims only) • Whether to include AI-generated marks • Abstract drawing selection (choose one from specification drawings) After clicking 'Export Document', the file will automatically download to your device.

Best Practices

Before exporting, ensure: • All steps are completed (analysis, claims, specification, abstract) • Quality check has been run and major issues addressed • Verify invention title, applicant and other basic information • Confirm drawings are clear and consistent with specification Professional review is recommended after export.
