Devices, systems, and methods for managing a storage device configured to store a plurality of codewords, including: obtaining a two-dimensional (2D) generalized concatenated code (GCC) codeword from the storage device; providing the codeword to a sequential decoder; based on detecting a first failure by the sequential decoder, updating the codeword and transposing the updated codeword to obtain a transposed codeword; providing the transposed codeword to the sequential decoder; and obtaining information bits corresponding to the codeword based on a result obtained by the sequential decoder.

A method performed by a radio unit (RU) is provided. Methods and apparatuses for network operation adaptation in a spatial domain in a wireless communication system. A method for a user equipment (UE) to report channel state information (CSI) includes receiving: first information related to reception of CSI reference signals (CSI-RSs) on a cell, second information related to determining a first number of CSI reports respectively associated with a first number of operation states on the cell, third information related to triggering a second number CSI reports respectively associated with a second number of operation states from the first number of operation states, and the CSI-RSs based on the first information. An operation state is associated with a configuration for active antenna ports, antenna panels, or transmission reception points. The method further includes determining, based on the second information and the CSI-RSs, the second number of CSI reports and transmitting a channel with the second number of CSI reports.

A method of channel estimation includes: receiving, at a first electronic device, a signal from a second electronic device on a channel, the received signal modified by a noise, the channel associated with a channel matrix; obtaining a noisy channel based on the received signal and a least squares estimate of the channel matrix; preprocessing the noisy channel to remove at least one of a timing offset, a multiuser interference, or an intercell interference; inputting the preprocessed noisy channel to a CE model trained to perform CE based on the preprocessed noisy channel, the CE model comprising residual learning networks; and estimating the channel matrix based on denoising of the preprocessed noisy channel.

A method for channel estimation includes: receiving, by a first electronic device, a signal indicative of a state of a channel from a second electronic device, the signal being associated with a channel matrix and corrupted by a noise; obtaining a noisy image of the channel in a first domain, the noisy image being a least squares estimate of the channel matrix; transforming the noisy image into a second domain; and performing channel estimation (CE) of the channel based on (i) the transformed noisy image, (ii) a CE model configured to denoise an input signal, and (iii) a sparsity of channel state information (CSI) in the transformed noisy image in the second domain.

A method for managing low latency low loss scalable throughput (L4S) capabilities of a user equipment (UE) for data transmission is provided. The method includes receiving, by the UE, data traffic generated by at least one application running on the UE (), identifying predefined characteristics relating to the traffic generated by the at least one application, determining, by the UE, whether the data traffic generated by the at least one application is a low-queuing traffic (LQT) or a non-LQT traffic based on the predefined characteristics, assigning, by the UE, the LQT to a low-latency queue configured to a L4S queue of the UE, and assigning, by the UE, the non-LQT to a non-LAS queue of the UE for facilitating prioritized handling of the LQT during data transmission.
