本公开提供一种组合物、制备方法及用途。具体地，通过将香芹酚和枯草芽孢杆菌surfactin进行组合，不仅可以将枯草芽孢杆菌surfactin作为香芹酚的乳化剂增加香芹酚在水中的分散程度，而且两者可以协同增效提高对致病菌的抑制效果。此外，本公开实施例提供的组合物在自然条件下可被逐渐降解，无残留，无化学污染，成本低廉，生物相容性高，应用前景广阔。
