本发明提供一种MoS催化剂及其制备方法、电供能催化反应装置。该MoS催化剂的制备方法，包括：在包含表面活性剂、掺杂金属源、钼源、硫源的第一混合体系进行水热反应得到中间体；所述中间体在保护气氛中进行煅烧处理，得到所述MoS催化剂。该制备方法得到的催化剂具有导电性，用该催化剂在本发明提供的电供能催化反应装置中进行加氢脱硫反应相较传统工艺在相同的温度、压力、氢油比条件下可获得更高的脱硫率，有效减少能耗和碳排放。
