本发明提供一种探针加工设备及加工探针的方法，探针加工设备包含一针座、一推压元件及一止挡元件，推压元件与止挡元件位于不同高度。针座具有开口，其经构形以固定探针于其中。推压元件设置在定位于针座的一侧的第一支架上，而止挡元件设置在定位于针座的另一侧的第二支架上。在加工过程中，推压元件的一端与探针进行接触并施加压力，使探针朝向止挡元件弯折。
