本发明提供了一种弹簧生产装置，包括卷簧机以及设置在卷簧机一侧的前座，所述卷簧机成型的弹簧件伸出至前座上；还包括压座，所述压座的底部设置有顶块；所述前座上安装有施压机构，所述施压机构用于带动所述压座上下移动；所述施压机构带动所述压座向下移动时，通过压座上的顶块向下推压弹簧件，以扭断弹簧件。通过采用向下顶压弹簧，以扭断弹簧，与现有技术中的向上推动弹簧，以进行扭断相比，不会受现有结构干涉，使弹簧可向下进行较高角度的扭转，方便弹簧扭断，同时便于弹簧生成机的工装设计和改造。
