本发明涉及一种折流板斜孔的倒角装置及其倒角工艺。包括：支撑折流板的工作台、伸入斜孔的主杆、活动设置在所述主杆上的标尺机构和旋转设置在所述主杆上的刀具机构；其中，所述主杆相对位于所述工作台两侧；所述主杆转动带动所述标尺机构沿斜孔一侧的边缘移动，所述主杆转动带动所述刀具机构沿斜孔另一侧的边缘作用；所述标尺机构和所述刀具机构同步移动。解决了现有方案中孔的边缘无法位于同一平面，并且斜孔内表面和折流板表面的夹角存在变化，使得倒角加工困难的问题。
